Coba education is excited to recruit an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in Key Stage 1 for one of our fantastic client schools in Bradford.
The role is full-time, temporary with potential to be extended, and for the right candidate lead to a permanent position.
This is to start in September and run through to the beginning of October as a minimum.
You will be part of a dedicated team providing support to students with a wide range of special educational, learning behavioural and emotional needs.
** Working under the supervision of the Class Teacher to plan, deliver and evaluate learning activities
** Implementing plans/programmes by working with individuals and groups of children to ensure that children's educational and personal needs are met, and the school's curriculum is delivered effectively
** Working flexibly with Groups and on a 1:1 basis
** Maintaining the learning environment and record keeping
** To promote the development of students' self-reliance, self-esteem and emotional resilience
** To develop positive working relationships with students, parents/carers and members of staff
