A dynamic school in Banbury are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join their growing Humanities Team. This role is a full-time, short-term role across all key stages with an immediate start until May half term. The candidate is expected to provide high quality teaching and learning which aims to ensure all pupils reach their full potential.
The main duties within the role include:
** Motivating pupils up to Key Stage 4 through delivering stimulating Geography lessons
** Building effective working relationships with pupils and staff
** Following lesson plans and confidently adapting if required
** Classroom management
Essential experience/qualifications:
** Have Qualified Teacher Status or be an ECT
** Have at least 6 months experience teaching Humanities (specifically Geography) in a UK secondary school setting.
** Strong leadership skills
** Have strong behaviour management skills
