If you find a school you really like and there is a suitable vacancy available, then Coba Education may be able to help. Working together with the school, Coba Education can help arrange for the placement to become part of your induction period. Many newly qualified teachers find this a great way to start teaching once they have gained their QTS, without jumping straight into a year’s commitment.
For NQTs wanting to complete all three terms at one school, Coba Education may be able to help you find a permanent position. This option allows you to build strong relationships with pupils and staff and to gain suitability. You can also become fully involved with school life and get a taste for being part of the teaching team.
