Brief Job Description:
To teach a given timetable ensuring that individual students meet their personal targets through:
Delivering high quality lessons, teaching enthusiastically and in a way in which stimulates and engages pupils
Preparation of lessons when required, planning for variation to meet the needs of individual students at differing abilities
Managing student behaviour effectively
Effective marking and feedback
Ensure that the classroom is a safe and secure environment
The successful candidate for this role are required have the following:
Qualified Teacher Status
The ability to effectively deliver stimulating lessons within KS3 & KS4
Have confidence with behaviour management
Be reliable, flexible, enthusiastic and have a good sense of humour
A desire to positively impact children and young people
