We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Drama Teacher to join our dedicated team at a reputable secondary school in Northampton. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students while contributing to the vibrant arts education environment of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

** Delivering work secondary students across Key Stages 3 & 4 to a high standard
** Organise and engage in school drama productions, providing students with valuable performance opportunities
** Offer constructive feedback to students supporting their academic and personal development
** Work collaboratively with the arts and education teams to contribute to the success of the drama department

Qualifications and Experience:

** A relevant degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or Education.
** Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
** Proven experience in teaching drama at the secondary school level.
** Strong understanding of the national curriculum and current educational trends in drama.
